A weekly gathering for six consecutive weeks allows us to deepen in our awareness of what is here in each moment. This is an intimate group. We have the opportunity to open our hearts to each other in a safe and supportive environment. Our conversations are stimulated by simple questions such as "What is here now?" and "Who is the other?". This is a delightful and intense inquiry.


Discover the Joy in Being
During this one-day workshop we will discover that by being fully and tenderly present to "what is" we can begin to experience the simple joy of being. When we stop resisting our present reality and allow things to be as they are there is a great shift that happens. WE can begin to experience ourselves as accepting, relaxed, open, curious and joyful. This is a great discovery.

Being guided by meditation, inquiry and gentle movement you will have an exciting opportunity to experience yourself in a new way.


There is Stillness
From a very quiet place we will explore the stories and resistances that keep us from experiencing the true essence of our being. This is a six-week opportunity to bring gentle compassionate attention to our deepest patterns of shame, guilt, worthlessness, anger, depression, self-loathing and fear. As a group we will explore what happens when we stop avoiding our pain and instead move towards it with the gentle light of our own awareness.

A six-week workshop for parents who are interested in experiencing the joy of parenting in the present moment.

A One-Day Retreat True meditation always allows everything to be just as it is. There is no need to suppress, manipulate or control anything at all. Just relax and allow the stillness that is already here and present to be your guide. This is a beautiful way to deepen your meditation practice or to begin your meditation practice No experience necessary.


A Peaceful Heart
Enjoy a day of meditation and inquiry ~ for those wanting to deepen their process. This requires a very quiet and open space and a willingness to look inside and experience what is arising. A midday vegetarian meal will be provided.
